After 16 years with a successful technology company, Mark spent the last decade with Patterson Dental building high performance teams to support the dental professional. As a trusted leader holding positions of General Manager, Region Manager, and Vice President, Mark has continuously elevated teams to successful outcomes. In his career, Mark has led highly profitable business units which included P&L responsibilities with annual revenues of $60 million and multiple business units with $250 million annual revenue. As an empowering facilitator who gets results, Mark believes in a team approach with a clear vision and accountability for each team member’s role and responsibilities to drive growth and profitability.

As a Managing Partner and Executive Coach for Fortune Management, Angelina Barba utilizes her 17 years of dental experience to mentor, guide, and support successful teams to reach their most ambitious personal and professional goals. Brian has always had a passion for studying and understanding the human behavioral patterns that lead to exceptional performance. He has earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and is a Certified Executive Coach from the Columbia Business School. Brian first entered the dental field in 2006 after founding a financial technology company and has worked with over 600 practices nationwide, helping to increase profitability and grow their annualized collections in excess of $180 million dollars.

Mark brings a full business background of 29 years that began in sales and sales management for two Fortune 100 companies, the Campbell Soup Company, and Johnson & Johnson (two divisions). From that foundation he entered into the start-up company environment progressively performing at high levels of sales management and executive management as Regional Sales Manager, VP of Sales, Director of Sales & Operations, Divisional GM, and CEO Group Chairman.

Mary brings to Fortune a background rich in diversity, sales, management, and coaching. During her career, she headed the crisis management department for a Silicon Valley tech company, was the CEO for an oil company, a professor at Sundai University in Tokyo, and headed sales and marketing for real estate developments in Idaho and Mexico. Her 6 years in Asia have given her a unique perspective on business and life. Mary’s coaching style is all about creating opportunities, action, and embracing our passion.
