Ryan’s expertise includes leading multiple high-performing sales teams, coaching and developing individuals, and implementing innovative financial solutions such as buy now, pay later services tailored for the dental market. He also has extensive experience in developing and implementing systems and processes that enhance efficiency and support long-term practice growth.

Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree from Webster University in the Netherlands and has lived in both Germany and the Netherlands. He currently resides just outside of Memphis, TN, with his wife and two children. In his free time, he is a competitive barbecue pitmaster, prioritizes physical wellness, and enjoys outdoor activities.
