Nick’s past professional experience started in incentive marketing followed by joining the industry laser in the energy industry managing complex technology integration, but for the last 13 years, Nick’s focus has been in the dental marketplace. Nick is the founder and owner of Dental Laser Coaching which offers clinical and product laser consultation services to various organizations and clinicians around the world and is an active Fortune coach specializing in dental laser integration and practice management coaching.
Nick’s previous dental experience includes VP of Sales and Marketing for PIPStek, Intellectual Property (IP) owner of Photon Induced Photoacoustic Streaming (PIPS) in which he played a key role in the sale to Sonendo. Prior to this Nick was VP of Sales and Marketing for Implant Logistics and helped create The Dominican Training Institute, which is a hands-on surgical implant training course.
Nick's first emersion in dentistry was with HOYA ConBio where he progressed from Midwest Sales Representative to the Director of Sales and Marketing managing their North American Dental Division. Nick has a broad and deep understanding of the dental laser market, has his Standard and Advanced Proficiency in Laser Dentistry from the ALD (Academy of Laser Dentistry) and currently is the Chair of The Manufacturing Council on the Educational Committee.
Nick has attended trainings and consulted with numerous dental training organizations and dental manufacturers like A.T. Still University, Biolase, Bioresearch, Convergent Dental, Fortune, Fotona, Las Vegas Institute (LVI), NuCalm, Quanta Aesthetic Lasers USA, Sonendo, THOR, and UNLV Dental School. Nick has his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) Degree from Iowa State University where he was a letterman on the football team.
Nick earned an MBA from Creighton University where he studied both domestically and internationally at ESADE in Barcelona, Spain. He also has certifications in both Project Management and eCommerce from Georgia Tech University, completed The Program on Negotiation from Harvard Law School, and attained PMP (Project Management Professional) status from the Project Management Institute.
