Jocelyn comes to Fortune after spending 8+ years managing teams in both operations and sales for a leading dental industry company. It's her love for the industry that inspires her to want to help others make their practices the best that they can be. Jocelyn's background in working with dental professionals and their teams to provide the best experience for their patients, while also understanding cash flow aspects of the business side, gives her unique insight.
Jocelyn's career has allowed her the opportunity to lead in management roles in several different businesses of various types and sizes. The diversity of roles serves to allow her to bring a unique perspective to problem solving. She understands the importance of customer service in any business pursuit, which has always endeared her to clients and team members alike. Her compassion for people drives her to go the extra mile to make even a small matter something of importance.
Jocelyn has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a Masters of Business Administration from Tusculum University. She landed in Knoxville over a decade ago and has fallen in love with East Tennessee and the people.
In her free time, Jocelyn enjoys volleyball, physical fitness, UT sports, serving in volunteer ministries at Cokesbury Church, and traveling with her husband, David, to spend time with their children and grandchildren.
