A Transformational Process Awaits
Ready to unlock your fullest potential with Fortune?
As a coach for Fortune, Ayla strives to have open, honest dialogue with her clients; always with the aim to guide and encourage individual passion and success. She believes concrete, measurable results can be achieved with dedication and discipline. All of the best players have coaches to help them see what they are missing. By adopting the Fortune system dental teams can grow as a whole while individually becoming more satisfied professionally and personally. She believes that life is about learning and self-improvement. She has over 17 years of experience in the dental field; starting as a dental assistant and then graduating with her A.S. in dental hygiene by the time she was 19.
Throughout those years of experience, she has dedicated time to achieving a B.S. in dental hygiene and pursuing her graduate work in Public Health and Education. Her professional life started with a drive to help enrich peoples’ lives by educating them about their health and treating their healthcare needs. After many years of clinical practice throughout several successful New York practices, she realized she could serve an exponentially larger group of people by devoting her career to coaching professionals to achieve their goals and in-turn, their patients’. She has served as a member of a board of dental professionals to develop a dental hygiene program at Plaza College in Queens and has had the opportunity to work with students at the college level to help hone their dental hygiene skills. Education, both personal and professional, will always be her passion.
Ayla is an avid traveler and loves to be immersed into different cultures and ideas. She believes life is about perspective and the more angles you can see, the clearer the view becomes. She lives in New York with her husband Sid where they spend their time eating good food, doing Bikram yoga (to compensate for all the good food), riding bikes, hiking and visiting the beautiful nature when they can get out of the city.
