As an executive coach with Fortune, Ashley Leonard brings over a dozen years working experience as a lead, laser-certified Dental Hygienist and over 15 years experience contributing to successful family businesses. Combining these leadership and entrepreneurial skills, Ashley has formed a coaching style that enhances the strengths of each practice and eliminates obstacles to encourage excellence, productivity, and increased profitability.
In addition to the extensive leadership and business training she has received, she has completed a degree in Dental Hygiene and a B.A. in English from the University of Iowa. She is committed to personal development and continued learning, and her coaching reflects those beliefs.

Ashley grew up on 50 acres of prairie land in Iowa, lived in the mountains of Oregon and Colorado for eight years, and made New York her home several years ago. When she isn't traveling or biking, she visits her home in Florida where she spends quality time with family and is active in community development and outreach projects.
