Before its incorporation, he was the General Manager of the Fortune Management General Partnership and from 1990 to 2005 and he was the Director of Legal Services for the Anthony Robbins Companies in San Diego. Brad believes there is no better education for a coach than to be involved in ongoing personal training. He has completed all of the major Tony Robbins’ seminars and courses.

Brad utilizes a common-sense approach to leadership issues and business challenges. A jointly owned vision, clearly defined responsibilities, and effective and honest communication can create outstanding results if the team has the capacity and wisdom to work with a good coach. Brad earned a BA degree in Political Science at Brigham Young University and a JD degree from the University of San Diego. He has worked in all levels of a business and he will help you create an outstanding practice.

In his spare time, Brad and his partner have renovated six homes in San Diego; finishing the latest one in Point Loma.
