As an Executive Coach for Fortune Management, Bonnie coaches teams on tools and strategies for all aspects of the practice, including exceptional communication, scheduling for increased production, financial policies, building a strong hygiene department, and accountability. She believes the biggest challenge for Doctors and their teams is to implement the practice vision and goals.
