A skilled communicator, keen behaviorist, and successful entrepreneur, Kerry King has enjoyed building long lasting relationships and developing dedicated office teams in her storied role as an advisor to dental professionals. Kerry brings together her extensive experience in the dental industry together with her achievements in the entrepreneurial field for the single benefit of strengthening her client’s practices and their teams. After studying communications at West Virginia University, and biology at the University of New Orleans, Kerry entered the field of pediatric dentistry, and later orthodontics, working her way across every role in the practice, from chairside to management. With significant experience ranging from institutional dentistry to private practice to corporate dentistry, Kerry even contributed to the success of multiple practices through her roles with major dental distributors. Eventually, she found her passion for working directly with dental teams in her role as a consultant. Kerry has been an invaluable partner to many doctors who have benefited from her knowledge and integrity.

Carrie Cahill partners with motivated business owners and their teams to develop and refine their communication, intention, and focus. Together, they design and implement personal success strategies that lead to intentional business wins. With more than 15 years as a Human Resource Business Partner, she has lead a variety of strategic HR initiatives ranging from an aggressive talent acquisition initiative for the Research and Development team to executing an organizational transformation strategy of the commercial business. Her diverse career path gives her a unique perspective. In both of her last two companies, she was nominated to participate in accelerated leadership programs. Opportunities which built her business acumen and broadened her professional insight.
