Curtis purchased his first dental practice in September of 2010 and was able to offer his expertise and knowledge in the areas of practice development and team growth. Shortly after experiencing the life changing momentum that Fortune offered him, Curtis took on the commitment to join Fortune as a front line Executive Coach and Managing Partner.

With over two decades of dedicated service in the dental field, Monica Glover, RDH, BSHS, has been a transformative force for dental professionals across Western Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. Monica obtained her Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from West Liberty University & Bachelor's degree in Health and Wellness from  Purdue University. setting a strong foundation for her illustrious career.
