As a trusted leader holding positions of General Manager, Region Manager, and Vice President, Mark has continuously elevated teams to successful outcomes. In his career, Mark has led highly profitable business units which included P&L responsibilities with annual revenues of $60 million and multiple business units with $250 million annual revenue. As an empowering facilitator who gets results, Mark believes in a team approach with a clear vision and accountability for each team member’s role and responsibilities to drive growth and profitability.

Marla Tillery comes to Fortune Management with over thirty-two years of clinical and business expertise. She has had the unique opportunity to learn the business of dentistry from many different perspectives, working in a wide variety of roles in the dental practice including: Registered Dental Assistant, Oral Surgery Assistant, Registered Dental Hygienist, Practice Manager, and Practice Consultant. After years of working as a Registered Dental Hygienist caring for her patients, it became necessary for her to step into a management role in the practice. During her time in office management, she helped the practice grow from a yearly production of $360,000 to over $2,000,000. The owner of the practice delegated all duties related to managing and running the business to her which gave her a clear understanding of the challenges and pressures that dentists experience daily in their own practices. After being introduced to Fortune Management and the amazing outcome that their coaching has on dental practices she knew that she was meant to help other dentists and their teams discover and implement the life-changing results that Fortune Management brings to a team and a dental practice.

Carolyn comes to Fortune Management through an extensive career in the dental industry. She was raised in a dental family, with her father, grandfather, uncles and brother being dentists. Following in their footsteps, she earned a pre-med degree in health science and became an RDA along the way. Marriage and family became a priority above dental school when she enjoyed the flexible schedule of an RDA while raising her two sons. She went on to work in over fifty dental offices working through a dental temp agency as a temporary employee, and later enjoyed being part of several dental office teams. Carolyn’s dental career evolved into preschool education, outreach coordination, and a dental assisting clinical instructor at the local college. She’s been enjoying pediatric dentistry the last few years and her deep faith drove her to the mission fields of Mexico where she volunteered at an orphanage dental clinic. Being in the trenches of the dental world gave her extensive experience and insight into what brings a practice success.
