A senior executive coach, partner in the parent company, National Director of Veterinary, and on the Board of Directors for Fortune, Laura entered business coaching in 1996, following a very successful career in the dental field for over 14 years working clinical and administrative. Mila Givens
Compassionate, knowledgeable, and innovative, Mila Givens has been a dental practice management business professional for over 30 years. She began her career in dentistry as an administrator for a specialty dental laboratory in 1986. There she was inspired and mentored by some of the leading dentists and prosthodontists of San Francisco: the dental entrepreneurs of the era. After a decade in the laboratory SF, she went on to manage group dental practices as an independent dental consultant. Well versed in business strategy, the mechanics of practice management, and dental technology, she spent her last 14 years as a COO and vested partner in private group practices.
