Nichole’s educational and career background is the foundation for her coaching expertise. Classically trained as a Certified Dental Assistant, Nichole learned the practice and business of outstanding dentistry firsthand through optimal patient care. Subsequently, as a Practice Manager, Nichole became well-versed in all facets of private practice, managing day-to-day operations while setting long-range goals and developing pathways to achieve them. In short, Nichole used her work experience to become an expert in helping dental practices thrive through meaningful, sustainable growth, while putting people and relationships first.

Dr. Craig Vacek, DDS, MBA has built a private practice of over 20 years on a foundation of technology, expertise and compassion, with a focus on comprehensive chairside CAD/CAM and dental implant solutions. Along the way, his true passion in the profession, in business, and in family life has always been bringing other people along for the ride. His ongoing mission is to lead, influence, and be a transformative force to those around him, helping them achieve a constantly evolving, and ever better state.
